3. Return Shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Items: We provide a pre-paid return label.
Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to our U.S. facility.
4. Refunds
Once our U.S. warehouse team receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
